ace45 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and ace45 ("ace45", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ace45 website, all gaming services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the ace45 platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using ace45, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of ace45 immediately. ace45 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain an ace45 account and to participate in any game or promotion offered through the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace45 strictly prohibits use by minors or any person under the applicable minimum gambling age.
• You are acting as an individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any business entity.
• You have not been designated as a self-excluded player under any ace45 self-exclusion program and are not subject to any account suspension.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of or for another person, and all funds you deposit represent legally obtained money from payment sources registered in your own name.
• You have provided accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

ace45 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ace45 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. All payment instruments used must be registered in the account holder's own name. ace45 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is displayed at the point of deposit. ace45 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for individual payment methods at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your ace45 balance in real time following successful processing by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ace45 to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the player's name. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. ace45 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider systems, bank processing times, or network outages outside ace45's control.

Withdrawal Verification

ace45 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a copy of a valid national identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may delay withdrawal processing. ace45 is committed to completing verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ace45 are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. ace45 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All game outcomes on ace45 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer interaction in the case of live casino games. ace45 does not manipulate game outcomes and all Return to Player (RTP) percentages are governed by the applicable game provider's certified configuration. In the event of a technical error during a game session that prevents the correct completion of a round, the round may be declared void and any bets placed will be refunded to the player's balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace45. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and deposited funds forfeited without notice:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process, including falsification of identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated gambling activity designed to exploit bonus systems or undermine the integrity of games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through ace45 or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity, including deposit and withdrawal cycling for non-gaming purposes.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or platform vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended to be awarded under the normal operation of the game or betting market.

11. Amendments and Governing Law

ace45 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ace45 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of ace45 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services and electronic commerce in Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ace45's internal complaints procedure should be referred to ace45 customer support for mediation before any other formal process is initiated.
